Be part of the solution, not the pollution
Phoebus Community Enhancement's litter cleanup initiative began in early 2020 as a way to improve the shoreline of Mill Creek in the area of Phoebus Waterfront Park. It is manned entirely by Phoebus community volunteers. As the program continues to mature, interest in the effort has increased and the waterfront has scarcely looked more beautiful. In the first half of 2020 alone, over 500 pounds of litter and debris were collected by volunteers, including over 1000 cigarette butts and many yards of used fishing line. New volunteers are always welcome.
